Maybe I do not know what exactly you are going through today.
You might feel that everything that’s happening at work is out of your way.
It might be hard for you to actually get out of bed each time you wake up.
Perhaps you are wondering right now if it’s already the end of line for you to give up.
Your issue might be a new workload that is hard to comprehend.
Or a routinely acts and processes that bores your soul to death.
Possibly your boss is a problem and is giving you a lot of headache.
Or you are suffering from the people around you, which make you really feel toxic.
Or maybe the reasons you are considering are outside work factors.
It could be a need from home, which is kicking you to leave by force.
It may possibly be the office location that is too far from your place.
Or the feeling of missing your family for the past months of working overseas.
I don’t know if you feel like being mistreated in the company you are in.
I’m not sure if there are internal issues that brought your heart down, sinking.
You might not also understand your own sentiments and emotion.
One thing you’re sure of –
You are not happy anymore, and your mind says that quitting is the best option.
I would highly suggest that you step back for a while and do some self-reflection.
See if you have a habit of pointing finger on other people that explains your dissatisfaction.
Check if you make excuses on every difficult circumstance you encounter.
It might be time to do some inner grind for you to become contented and happier.
Next thing is to consider what you prefer to be doing and make a plan.
Dig deeper and identify what you are passionate about as a human.
Look into your utmost dream and list down the steps to get there.
Create a directory of people that can help and mentor you to be better.
Work on your plan by thinking of one thing you could do at the very moment.
Which will move you towards your goal so you can manage and make it.
Continue taking the small actions that will make you feel empowered.
Then you’ll have some momentum going forward to your next adventure before you even know it.
Lastly is to ponder that there is in your professional life for which you can be grateful.
It could be a skill that you can develop or friends that can keep you cheerful.
Acknowledging them can help you appreciate your job and get out of stress finally.
But make sure to consider how your work aligns with your values most importantly.
Pray – if you will transfer or stay.
